Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS degree or other post-HS education in a medical related field specific to radiographic imaging
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists License (ARRT)
  • At least 3 years Cardiac CT and Cardiac CTA experience    
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact in an appropriate and professional manner. Demonstrated cooperative behavior and positive-problem solving and conflict resolution skills              
  • Inventory management experience                                                
  • Foundational Anatomy knowledge                                                            
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team                           
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Available to work dependable, flexible shift

Description of Duties:

  • Prep patient and perform CT scans
  • Post processing, measuring, and archiving CT images
  • Create and maintain CT scanning protocols
  • Scan phantoms and maintain CT scanner certifications    
  • Maintain office and CT scanner supply inventories                                     
  • Attend meetings and create reports pertaining to scanner operations      
  • Conduct presentations on scanning protocols at lectures for fellows and other trainees
  • Other duties as assigned
